Lavi was the Head of Administration at IDFC Institute. In her role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the Institute, manages the administrative team, and works closely with senior management to anchor and develop operating procedures and policies.   

Lavi has rich experience of over two decades of work in the Banking and Financial Industry. Prior to joining the Institute, she has worked with IDFC First Bank, Deloitte Corporate Finance, AMFI and UTI.

She was part of the Policy Group at IDFC and has rendered her support in the production of various publications like the Rural Development Report, Policy Group Quarterly, Macro Updates and other white papers. 

Lavi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and a Diploma in Human Resources Development from the Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad.
