IDFC Institute is seeking applications for the position of Grants Manager to lead grant management at the Institute.
About the Role:
The Grants Manager will work with senior management at IDFC Institute to handle all incoming grants from start to finish. This role requires expertise in writing, finance and legal. The candidate will coordinate with our external finance and legal consultants for specialised expertise where required. The role entails preparing grant documentation, managing the financial reporting for incoming grants, budget preparation, preparing progress reports, ensuring compliance with CSR and FCRA regulations, and managing donor expectations. The grants manager will also need to work with internal teams including our in-house finance team to ensure proper compliance with processes, engage with donor agencies, and grant teams. The Grants Manager will work to streamline data management for each of the grantors.
The ideal candidate for this role should have great organisational, budgeting and monitoring skills, and an understanding of regulations.
